We recommend the use of little oil for extra ease of release of food. It comes with an adaptive tempered glass lid with a steam vent, allowing you to monitor on the progress of your meal without losing moisture. Our cookware is suitable for gas and electric glass stovetops. Hand Wash is recommended to preserve the appearance of cookware.
